William Waldo

Director of Operations

William is a Puget Sound local growing up on Vashon Island and Tacoma Washington. He is a proud Stadium Tiger and University of Puget Sound Logger with a BA in Business Management. His professional career includes over a decade in the healthcare and non-profit sector holding various senior-level business management positions.

William’s passion for the autism field came when he was given the opportunity to lead and pilot the Autism Demonstration Program, a program for military families in Washington State. “I fell in love with the impact we were making with the children and families we came into contact with. Although I wasn’t providing the direct care myself, I always felt an immense sense of pride knowing we had a part in setting up services for these families.”

In William’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, snowboarding/hiking in the mountains, hunting, and anything that is physically active and an adventure.
