Saij O’Neil

Behavior Analyst

Saij was born and raised in Tacoma. She graduated in May 2020 from Gonzaga University with a B.Ed in Special Education and a reading endorsement. She holds a Washington State Teaching Credential in K-12 Special Education and reading. Saij earned her Masters in Education from University of Washington and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Saij has worked with individuals with disabilities ranging in ages from preschool to adulthood. Before coming to Perch she worked in an ABA clinic with preschool kids recently diagnosed with ASD.

Outside of work she enjoys listening to any true crime podcast, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
