Hello Vashon!
After nearly 10 years we are finally able to begin offering services on Vashon Island. Perch has strong connections to the island, with our Clinical Director living on-island and our Director of Operations having spent most of his childhood there. We are eager to hire islanders to serve this incredible community.
Perch is a behavioral health agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals, families, and education teams throughout the Puget Sound. Perch is currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work 1:1 and in small groups with learners in our Puget Sound community. This position is ideal for applicants seeking opportunities for experience in ABA or related fields, and for those already established in ABA and Special Education. Perch BTs will be dually licensed as Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) through the Washington Department of Health and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
