Sandy Chen

Behavior Technician

Sandy was born and raised in South Seattle. She ventured out to the Midwest for her undergraduate studies where she earned a B.A. in Spanish and Education from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Sandy’s passion for educational equity led her to join the field of ABA upon graduation. She loves working with children and youth; her favorite part is seeing her clients accomplish a step towards a goal, no matter how big or small!

She recently moved back to Seattle to pursue a master’s degree in school counseling and/or clinical mental health counseling. Her goal is to help minimize mental health disparities through the lens of intersectionality to increase accessibility for marginalized groups and individuals.

In her free time, Sandy enjoys hanging out with friends and family, trying out new restaurants, and drinking boba!
