Rudi Romaine 

Behavior Technician

Rudi hails from southern Indiana where she lived as a child and continued on to gain her undergraduate at Indiana University majoring in Environmental Management. She has been working with youth ranging in ages of 4-25 years old for the past 15 years teaching ABA programs, outdoor education and providing mental health services. Her specialty is developing programs for young people with disabilities with complicated cases such dual diagnoses, trauma, and mental health needs. Rudi has very diverse interests and when relevant incorporates them into her teaching style. She has worn many professional 'hats' including: Chef; Teacher; Environmental Educator; Mental Health Counselor; Trail Builder; Curriculum Designer; and Graphic Designer. 

She is completing her Masters of Education in Severe Disabilities Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Washington. By late 2018 she will have her teaching endorsements in Special Education, Elementary education and be a liscensed BCBA. 

In the summer Rudi enjoys going on Kayaking, Mountaineering and Backpacking adventures with her wife Melissa and their community. And in the winter she spends her time reading, making pottery, binge watching Netflix and cooking dinner with friends.
