Behavior Analyst, Perch Training Manager

Nicole started with Perch Behavioral Health in 2016 as a Behavior Technician. She decided after a year to go back to school and she received her master's in professional behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. During that program, she received instruction from leading experts in the field of behavior analysis and completed her practicum hours with Perch. She enjoys using her experience in behavior analysis to help individuals with disabilities access as much of the world around them as possible.

When she's not working, she's probably playing board games with her family and friends, hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband, and watching the latest action hero film.
