Lead Behavior Technician
Nicole grew up in the Puget Sound and obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University with the intent to further her education in School Counseling. After graduating, she ended up working for a family friend who had two children with special needs and found ABA. After three years in the field, she worked in early childhood education and was a nanny but always wanted to get back into the field of Autism. When the time was right, she found Perch and she is excited to continue her career in the field.
Nicole has always found herself in jobs related with children. She still nannies occasionally, teaches swim lessons at a swim club in Tacoma, teaches piano lessons, and leads the music department at her church.
In her spare time Nicole enjoys hiking with her husband, playing the Ticket to Ride board game, and exploring small towns around the Pacific Northwest.
