She especially enjoys resolving complex challenging behaviors, teaching functional communication skills and working with school-staff to improve students’ participation and independence.
Overall, her passion for her work is fueled by the progress she sees each client make and the excitement that sparks in behavior therapists as they learn and grow in their work with their clients. She feels fortunate to call her passion a career and loves working with inspiring colleagues and dedicated behavior therapists.
Outside of her work with clients and colleagues at Perch Behavioral Health, Anastasiya travels to Russia and the surrounding region a couple of times a year to disseminate ABA, train aspiring behavior specialists, and work with families of children with autism.
